Mridtara is committed to delivering premium Indian ethnic wear with care, transparency, and reliability.
Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India using trusted courier partners enabled through Amazon.
- International shipping will be introduced at a later stage.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Processing timelines for custom-made, pre-order, or made-to-order products will be clearly mentioned on the respective product pages.
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or Public Holidays.
Shipping Timeline
- Estimated delivery time: 3-7 Business Days from dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, weather conditions, or external circumstances.
- Delivery within the same state is usually delivered within 2–3 business days, while deliveries to other states may take 3–7 business days.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
- Any promotional free-shipping offers are subject to specific terms and conditions.
Delivery Responsibility
Once the order is handed over to the courier partner:
- Delivery responsibility lies with the logistics provider.
- Mridtara shall not be liable for delays caused due to courier issues, natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, or force majeure events.
Return Policy
In accordance with Shopify and Shiprocket return guidelines, Mridtara follows a limited and quality-driven return policy.
A. Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product is unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging are intact
B. Return Request Process
1. Please email info@mridtara.com with:
- Order ID
- Clear images and/or unboxing video showing the issue
- Brief explanation of the concern
Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
C. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted products
- Custom-made or made-to-order items
- Products showing signs of use, washing, or alteration
- Products returned without original tags or packaging
Refund Policy
This refund policy is compliant with Razorpay refund and dispute guidelines.
A. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be initiated only after:
- The return request is approved by Mridtara
- The returned product successfully passes quality inspection
B. Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during checkout
- Refund processing timeline: 7–10 business days after approval
- Razorpay or the respective bank may take additional time to reflect the amount, depending on the payment mode
C. Shipping & COD Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, are non-refundable
D. Partial Refunds
If the returned product is found to be:
- Damaged
- Used
- Incomplete
- Failing quality inspection
a partial refund may be issued at Mridtara’s sole discretion.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are offered only for eligible return cases and subject to stock availability
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per the refund policy
Order Cancellations
A. Before Dispatch
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by emailing info@mridtara.com
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
B. After Dispatch
- Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled
- Refusal to accept delivery will not be eligible for refund
Important Disclaimers
- Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution
- Handwoven and handcrafted garments may have minor irregularities, which are natural characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship and not defects
- Mridtara reserves the right to approve or reject any return, refund, or exchange request at its discretion
